Abstract：The resource city has a special law of the development.This paper takes the Huainan city as example, points out the importance of carrying out TDIS tou for resource city sustainable development.Based on the analysis of factors influencing Huainan city image and the theory of CIS, the paper offers the positioning of Huainan city image and establishes a tourism identity system of Huainan city.
